- Analyze and Coordinate Logistics Functions: Extensive experience with Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) operations.
- Enhance Weapon Systems Supportability: Identify capacity constraints related to aircraft systems.
- Apply Logistics/Engineering Principles in a Leadership Role: Leadership experience solving design/decision analysis processes; optimizing logistics to include prioritizing sustainment and aircraft supply chain capabilities to support MAGTF operations.
- Program Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing large groups to maximize collaboration, organizational assessments, resources, and management processes to support strategic planning initiatives.
- System Experience: Expertise marshalling resources and leveraging multiple Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to organize and lead a cohesive team to expand and grow MAGTAF Agile Network Gateway Link (MANGL) capabilities to meet Fleet future requirements.
- Life Cycle Management: Responsible for the entire life cycle of a product including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources. Coordinates and executes the logistics plan associated with avionics life cycle support to include obsolescence management and technology refreshes as required.
- Required Experience
- Ten (10) years of experience in NAVAIR avionics support equipment life cycle (acquisition) logistics is required.
- Specific MANGL experience desired.
- Must have a current active Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Required Education
- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree. ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: An additional five (5) years of experience working in direct support of Defense life-cycle logistics can be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Twenty (20) years of Logistics Experience is preferred.
