Job Description:

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support international program teams interfacing with US and international partner leadership teams.  The chosen candidate will povide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, maintain a system of files and records of studies and analysis correspondence responsive to need for fast, reliable and complete information and analyze need for recording and controlling Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) incoming and outgoing correspondence to minimize such operations and yet provide an efficient system whereby correspondence can be retrieved accurately and in minimal time.  The candidate will use automated office equipment (varied computer machinery and software used to digitally create, collect, store, manipulate, and relay office information needed for accomplishing basic tasks) to complete complex functions/tasks and achieve greater efficiency and accuracy of the final office product/service.  Tasks include receiving visitor and callers, ascertaining the nature of their business. Responsibilities also include organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments for RSNF personnel, carrying out office administrative tasks, as required, to include word processing, data collection and preparation, maintaining supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating needed supplies; forwarding supply requests; and verifying receipt of supplies. The Executive Assistant will administer the processing of Saudi Arabia visas and the Foreign Visit Request System in coordination with the Saudi Arabian Embassy and coordinate financial issues necessary for the oversight of office requirements and personnel pay and benefits distribution for the officer and enlisted RSNF personnel in the Continental United States (CONUS).

In support of the above functions, a Secret clearance is required for the position. Security Clearance level obtainable after assignment to position is acceptable.

Education:

  • High School diploma or GED.

Experience:

  • At least 10 years of experience in administrative and financial support. Desired experience with Bilingual capability in Arabic and English.

Key attributes:

  • Active Secret security clearance highly desirable.
  • A working knowledge of MS Office applications is required.
  • Demonstrated written and oral communications is required.
