Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program Manager in all training matters regarding the development of programs, policy, and administration. Interface between SNPO for the implementation of both CONUS and In-Kingdom training for RSNF.
- Provide interface between SNPO and NETSAFA for the implementation of both CONUS an In-Kingdom training for the RSNF.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, correspondence, schedules and event planning documents for the RSNF Director of SNPO and NIPO/SNPO.
- Assist in providing administrative, technical, operational, and team training expertise to support the RSNF with specific focus on the SNEP procurement strategy.
- Advise Program Manager on training coordination/management, event planning and coordination, life support services for visiting dignitaries, and event schedule coordination with USN and other DoD service organizations.
- Assist Program Manager in managing the complete life cycle of the RSNF training program for both Officer and Enlisted students training in CONUS.
- Assist Program Manager in analyzing, designing, and sustaining a comprehensive CONUS based English language training program that will include basic English language instruction and ALCPT testing, academic review, and recommendation for Performance-to-Serve (P2S) to ensure successful participation in follow-on training pipelines.
- Develop briefings and information papers for use by the RSNF Director of SNPO and RSNF staff.
- Provide weekly updates to the RSNF concerning student training, as requested by the RSNF Director of SNPO or the Program Manager.
Education Qualifications: B.A or B.S degree.
Basic Experience Qualification: Must have 2 years of recent (within the last 5 years)
FMS experience OR in place of BA/BS must have 8 years of recent
(within the last 10 years) FMS financial experience.
Security Clearance Requirement: An active US SECRET clearance is required.
